USA Shipping

In order to keep shipping costs low, we ship via USPS First Class Shipping and Priority. In most cases, items are shipped within 2 business days, during busy periods, orders can take 3-5 business days to ship. Please do not contact us about your order unless you honestly think there is a problem. Lately we have run into the issue where so many customers are emailing about their order after 24 hours that we spend so much time answering emails and researching orders that it is taking even longer for us to get orders out. Orders are filled in the order they are received. Our e-liquid is made to order, it is not made up ahead of time. Thank you for your patience and working with us to get everyone's order out as quickly as possible.

We have not seen a big difference in the time it takes to deliver First Class versus Priority. Customers report receiving their orders within 3 days but of course, USPS is beyond our control and times will vary with location and day of the week.

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns on e-liquid or concentrate for safety reasons.

We do offer a 30 day warranty on most equipment (not cartomizers/clearomizers). Use our contact us page to email us and include your order number and we will email back instructions for returns or work with you regarding use of an item which may not be working properly.

If a refund is warranted, you should expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 3 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 7 business days).
