What ratio of PG to VG do you use? 50/50
Why is the coupon code not working? I couldn't get the coupon code to work, please credit my account. Our coupon codes are only good for e-liquid, not equipment or shipping. If you place an order, we can not apply a coupon code after the fact.
Is steeping required? No, it is based on personal preference. Some customers do prefer the tobacco's steeped but if you like the e-liquid when you get it, vape it, if you don't, let it steep and try it again later.
Will your equipment work on my battery? Everything we carry has a 510 connection, if you bought it from us, everything will work together, if you didn't, if you have a 510 connection, you can use anything we offer.
Do you send a tracking number when my order ships? Yes, you will receive an email when your order ships with a tracking number. If you haven't received an email within 3-5 days, check your spam folder.
If I choose Priority shipping will my order go out sooner than choosing First Class? No, orders go out in the order they come in. Priority vs. First Class only applies to the post office, not the order that we ship packages out.
Where do orders ship from? We ship orders from Virginia - we do not drop ship any items.
When I try to checkout, I get a message that one or more items can't be shipped to my location. If you are international, email sales [at] momandpopvaporshop.com. If you are in the US, try again later, the USPS system has issues every once in a while.
