We do ship orders internationally.  However, if you are ordering internationaly, please know your country's import LAWS!! We will not be held resposible for problems or seizures from customs in your country!! 

We ship via USPS.  It is my opinion that international Priority does not get to you faster, sometimes it actually takes longer than First Class.  We will ship Priority if you indicate that on your package but I do not recommend it.

Please note that the shipping rates for international packages are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full ounce.

Malaysia & Singapore - we will no longer accept orders from Malaysia or Singapore (no matter the shipping destination) due to the number of orders involving credit card fraud received by us.  If we receive any orders, even if they are shipping to the United States, they will be refunded as soon as they are discovered.

Returns Policy 

Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept any returns for safety reasons.  However, if you are unhappy with a product, typically electronic cigarette kits, please let us know by emailing us at service@momandpopvaporshop.com and we will work with you to do whatever we can.

If a refund is warranted, you should expect to receive your refund within 15 business days, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

USA Shipping

In order to keep shipping costs low, we ship via USPS First Class Shipping and Priority.  In most cases, items are shipped within 2 business days, during busy periods, orders can take 3-5 business days to ship.  Please do not contact us about your order unless you honestly think there is a problem.  Lately we have run into the issue where so many customers are emailing about their order after 24 hours that we spend so much time answering emails and researching orders that it is taking even longer for us to get orders out.  Orders are filled in the order they are received.  Our e-liquid is made to order, it is not made up ahead of time.  Thank you for your patience and working with us to get everyone's order out as quickly as possible.

We have not seen a big difference in the time it takes to deliver First Class versus Priority. Customers report receiving their orders within 3 days but of course, USPS is beyond our control and times will vary with location and day of the week.
